Territorial Observatory of Navarre

The Territorial Observatory of Navarre-OTN- constitutes a research centre dedicated to the promotion of a Territorial Culture in Navarre and the orientation of political decisions on territorial development. Its main activities are the elaboration of evaluation and prospective studies on different scales, the coordination of territorial development projects and the management of an information centre. In all activities, cooperation with regional, national and European stakeholders is looked for.

The OTN has been created in 2006 in order to support the Social Council of Territorial Policies (CSPT), and advisory body of the Government of Navarre, and a plattform for participation. Through this council, institutional, social and economic representatives of Navarre have the opportunity to collaborate in the territorial development of the region.
